Founded in 1965 in Valdagno in the province of Vicenza, we gained B Corp certification and became a Benefit Company in 2016, one of the first companies to take part in this campaign and the first in the world in the sector of shopfitting and interior design.

We also aim to ensure a workplace that is human and responsible, as well as highly professional, and for this reason we encourage a culture of openness to the future, while maintaining contact with our local community in the present.

The company evolves by specializing first in exhibition displays and then in the realization of monobrand retail stores.

In 2019 we began the journey towards becoming a teal organization, structuring the company according to the principle of self-management in small teams, each one responsible for the satisfaction of a specific cluster of clients. This is a method that for our clients means a dedicated, effective and definitive team; it’s like having a company inside the company.
Although the carpentry, painting and metalworking processes are carried out internally, we also have a strong network of loyal partners, with whom we share sustainability best practices. Our network fosters the constant mutual sharing of know-how. Zordan, as the lead company, guarantees the production process and very high quality standards, transferring its management skills to its collaborators.

    We decided to put our story down on paper, in a book called “La Giusta Dimensione”, written by Andrea Bettini and published by “Franco Angeli”. This decision came from the desire to inspire others to make the world a better place, starting from businesses. This book generates value not only with its contents but also with the choice to donate the profits to art4sport, a non-profit organization that uses sport as therapy for the physical and psychological rehabilitation of children with prosthetic limbs.
