Pursuant to Section 29 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, the Data Processor is the company di Stefano Calgaro (hereinafter, the “Data Processor”), which has been assigned with the technological maintenance of the Website.

Types of data processed

This Website processes personal data according to the meaning set out in Section 4(b) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 by which “any information relating to natural persons that are or can be identified, even indirectly, by reference to any other information including a personal identification number” (personal data).

We do not process sensitive data according to the meaning set out in Section(d) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 “Information that could reveal an individual’s racial and ethnic origins; religious, philosophical or other beliefs; political opinions; membership in political parties or unions; membership in religious, philosophical, political or union associations or organisations as well as personal information that could reveal an individual’s state of health or sex life.

If a foreign User provides his/her name or other information that allows tracing his/her nationality, this does not constitute sensitive data since it is not liable of revealing one’s race or ethnicity in a narrow sense.

Processing related to the web services of this Website are carried out the premises of the Data Controller and the company di Stefano Calgaro and on the servers and IT facilities of this company directly used or managed through commercial partners appointed as data processors or persons in charge of processing.

User Rights

The subjects to whom the Data refer are entitled at any time to obtain the confirmation of whether data exist and to know the content and origin thereof, to assess the correctness thereof, or request their integration, update or correction (Section 7 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003)

Section 7 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003. Rights to access personal data and other rights

  1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
  2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed:
    1. of the source of the personal data;
    2. of the purposes and methods of the processing;
    3. of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
    4. of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2); and
    5. of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
  3. A data subject shall have the following rights:
    1. to obtain updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
    2. to obtain erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
